| Format: | Move your coaching to another level with 10 times Olympian Maestro Ziemek Wojciechowski and four times Olympian Richard Kruse at the ZFW International Coaching Seminar, held at the Leon Paul Fencing Centre from August 28th until 1st September. Weapon: Foil Time: 10:00 until 16:00 Cost: £390 for 5 days and £85 for one day Kit: Full coaching gear Richard Kruse will be demonstrating exercises in individual lesson. Lots of practical exercises from Ziemek's lessons for participants.
