| Format: | 5 days of Epee Training The camp is designed as 5 short but high quality training days starting at 10am and finishing at 2pm with the option of a second session in the evening. Each day will start with warm up and footwork followed by a competitive sparring session. The sparring will be a mix of free and structured fencing including open bouting, scenarios and timed fights. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- You have 2 options when signing up for the camp, the sparring only option or the sparring and lessons option. Lessons take place between 14:00 & 16:00 each day. Sparring Only - £250 8 training sessions over the 5 days Sparring & lessons - £370 8 training sessions over the 5 days 5 x 15minute daily individual lessons Pick which coach you want to work with.
